Ofcourse it is possible that you are not satisfied with us, however we try our best to help you feel satisfied at all times. This is why we would like to hear from you in case you are not satisfied with our services.

In case you are not satisfied with the particular way we suggest to solve the problem it is possible to submit your dispute to the Stichting Webwinkelkeur which we are connected to. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.
It is also possible to submit your complaint via the ODR platform of the European Commission. Please do mind that submitting your problem in this way is only possible for consumers and only in case your complaint is not received and dealt with in any other way.
