ANDRONI GIOCATTOLI started working in the field of the transformation of plastic materials in 1967. Since 1974 it has specialised in the production of plastic toys. Right from the beginning, it has paid maximum attention to child safety while pursuing the search for innovative design and ever-higher product quality. For this purpose, an internal technical office was created in 1993. Every day it undertakes continuous technological “child-oriented” research. Each toy is thus “thought out”, created and produced at our Varallo Pombia site. From a shared idea we move to a sketch on paper and then to an artisan model in real size.

We then produce a drawing on CAD from which the final model is obtained, using modern 3D printers, together with a study of colour combinations and packaging with its graphics. We then move on to the design and production of the mould, quality tests and certification of the product by the ISTITUTO DI SICUREZZA DEL GIOCATTOLO (TOY SAFETY INSTITUTE). The series production by automatic presses uses high-quality raw materials. This is real MADE IN ITALY, made with passion for research and the will to grow.
